In the previous podcast with Pat O’ Connor MD and Co-Founder of VRAI and Bibhas Bhattacharya Business Group Leader of Azure in Ireland we discussed how VRAI got started, the limitations with traditional training and the importance of providing authentic and memorable experiences for employees to recall training in times at need.
