This award will be given to an organization that can demonstrate original, engaging, and innovative applications of AI that enhance the consumer/customer experience. This could include solutions such as automation, personalisation, sentiment analysis or customer support platforms that improve how customers interact with a service or product. Submissions should highlight the impact and effectiveness of the AI solution in delivering a better, more engaging experience for consumers.

To give your application the best chance of success, please provide as much detail as possible, particularly from a technical perspective. Carefully read through the application form and use the guiding questions to strengthen your submission.
